目的:测定复方补骨脂缓释片(补骨脂等)中香豆素和黄酮类成分的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:SUPELCO Discovery C18柱;流动相:甲醇-水梯度洗脱;流速:1 mL/min;λ:320 nm。结果:补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、异补骨脂黄酮、补骨脂甲素、补骨脂宁、补骨脂乙素、补骨脂双氢黄酮甲醚、补骨脂定、补骨脂查耳酮分别在30.4~152.0、26.4~132.0、13.6~66.0、27.2~136.0、31.2~156.0、48.8~244.0、50.4~252.0、36.0~180.0、8.8~44.0μg/mL之间线性关系良好,补骨脂素、补骨脂甲素的回收率分别为98.7%、97.6%。结论:该方法准确可靠,重现性好,适用于复方补骨脂缓释片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of coumarin and flavonoids in compound psoralen sustained-release tablets (Psoralea spp.). Method: High performance liquid chromatography. Column: SUPELCO Discovery C18 column; mobile phase: methanol-water gradient elution; flow rate: 1 mL/min; λ: 320 nm. RESULTS: Psoralen, isopsoralen, isoflavone, psoralen, psoralen, psoralen, psoralen, and psoralen, The linear relationship between psoralen chalcone was 30.4~152.0, 26.4~132.0, 13.6~66.0, 27.2~136.0, 31.2~156.0, 48.8~244.0, 50.4~252.0, 36.0~180.0, and 8.8~44.0 μg/mL respectively. The recoveries of good, psoralen and psoralen A were 98.7% and 97.6%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is accurate, reliable, and reproducible. It is suitable for quality control of compound psoralen sustained-release tablets.
