对剧团和演出市场做些调查了解,是有关领导蛤我出的题目,也是我们剧目工作部的同志常想、常议的一个打算。前不久,省厅人事处抽一些同志下去搞表彰考核,本人也在其内,于是跟随大家走了白城、松源、吉林、延边四个地区,同这些地区的有关领导进行了接触,并先后以不同形式与白城市艺术团,白城市洮北文化馆,松源市扶余新城戏剧团,前郭图书馆,吉林市歌舞团,吉林市社会文化市场管理办公室,延边话剧团、和龙市文化局等单位的同志举行了座谈。我对那些在当今戏剧舞台上和演出市场中为戏剧事业的振兴与发展勇于拼搏、善于开拓的带头人以及他们率领下的忠诚战士由衷钦佩,觉得应该把这一切反映给领导,传递给大家。因为,他们在舞台上的辉煌,闯市场的艰辛,不仅可以鼓舞我们的士气,而且可以为我们提供带有启适性的经验。所以,我想把下去这段时间所得到的情况和所占有的材料,作为来自舞台与市场的报告,分期介绍给大家。
To do some research on the troupes and the performance market, I have learned the topic of the leadership of the clam, and it is also a plan that the comrades of our repertory department often think and often discuss. Not long ago, the personnel department of the ministry and the department drew some comrades to engage in commendation assessment, and I was in it. Because they are brilliant on the stage, the hardships of entering the market, not only can inspire our morale, but also can provide us with experience of enlightenment.
