Ⅱ型多发性神经纤维瘤病(neurofibromatosis2,NF2)最早由Wishart于1822年报道。1882年VonRecklinghausen通过病理学研究,较详细阐述了NF2的组织学特点及其与神经系统的关系,故本病又称为Von Recklinghausen病。现在已经明确NF2是一种常染色体显性遗传病,发病率为1/5000,约有50%的患者来自父母遗传,另外50%由新发 Neurofibromatosis type 2 (NF2) was first reported by Wishart in 1822.
