根据光镊捕获电介微粒的理论研究结果 ,简析了光对生物体的力学作用 ,给出了用不同参量的激光陷阱操纵不同种类的微生物的实验结果 .分析比较表明 ,生物体的预培养是实现光操纵的重要环节 .
According to the theoretical research results of capturing optical microparticles by optical tweezers, the mechanical action of light on the living body is analyzed, and the experimental results of manipulating different kinds of microbes with laser traps with different parameters are given. The analysis and comparison show that the pre-culture Is to achieve an important part of light manipulation.
