自桑科桑属植物蒙桑(Morus monglica Schneid.)的干燥枝中分离得到10个化合物,经理化性质测定、标准品对照层析及光谱UV,IR,MS,~1H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR分析等方法,分别鉴定为β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(B-Amyrine acetate,1),齐墩果-12-烯-3β,28-二醇(Olean-12-ene-3β,28-diol,2),桦皮酸(Betulinic acid,3),β-谷甾醇(β-Sitosterol,4),胡萝卜甙(Daucosterine,5),伞形花内酯(Umbelliferon,6),桑素(Morusin,7),槲皮素(Quereetin,8),3-甲基瓣皮素(Quercetin-3-methyl ether,9)及丁香脂素-4,4′-O-β-D-二葡萄糖甙(Syringaresinol-4,4′-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,10)。其中化合物2,9,10为首次自该属中分离得到。
Ten compounds were isolated from the dry branches of Morus monglica Schneid. of the genus Morus monglicum. The properties of the compounds were determined by the management, standard control chromatography and spectroscopy UV,IR,MS,~1H-NMR,~(13). C-NMR analysis and other methods were identified as β-amyrin acetate (B-Amyrine acetate, 1), oleanolic-12-ene-3β, 28-diol (Olean-12-ene-3β) , 28-diol, 2), Betulinic acid (3), β-sitosterol (4), Daucosterine (5), Umbelliferon (6), mulberry (Morusin, 7), Quereetin (8), Quercetin-3-methyl ether (9), and syringaresin-4,4′-O-β-D-II Syringaresinol-4 (4’-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 10). Compounds 2, 9 and 10 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
