文章针对目前公交车辆实时视频监控难以普及的现状,分析其成因。从传输通路角度对CDMA1X网络和3G网络进行比较,从编码效率角度对MPEG-2、MPEG-4和H.264标准进行比较。研究结果表明,基于最新的3G网络和H.264编码标准,可有效解决当前对于实施公交车实时视频监控存在的问题。提出基于3G网络和H.264标准的公交车实时视频监控系统构成,对各构成模块加以说明,并阐述其功能。
The article analyzes the causes of the current situation that the real-time video surveillance of buses is difficult to popularize. Comparing CDMA1X network and 3G network from the perspective of transmission path, we compare MPEG-2, MPEG-4 and H.264 standards from the perspective of coding efficiency. The research results show that based on the latest 3G network and H.264 encoding standard, the existing problems in implementing real-time video surveillance of buses can be effectively solved. Based on the 3G network and H.264 standard, this paper proposes a real-time video surveillance system for buses, explains the components and explains its functions.
