在病案还没有完全实现信息化管理之前,采取合理有效的方法维护好库存病案的安全显的尤为重要。维护病案的安全一方面是维护病案的实体安全,即保管好病案实体,使其完好无损,最大限度地使其安全存下去;另一方面是指维护病案信息的安全。保管好病案实体,并不等于病案的信息不会遭受损失,如果管理目地不明确,就会限制病案价值
Before the medical record has yet to fully realize information management, it is particularly important to adopt a reasonable and effective method to maintain the safety of inventory records.
