目的建立手术室医院感染预防与控制措施,提高手术室管理质量。方法通过查找原因,规范管理制度和加强培训的方法,实施预防控制措施。结果建立了手术室医院感染管理制度,加强了手术室空气消毒与管理,规范了外科手清洗和消毒方法。经过监测,无菌器械和各项消毒指标均达到了规范要求。结论经过强化管理措施,本医院手术室感染管理工作走向了科学化、规范化和制度化,提高了无菌物品质量和各项消毒指标的达标率。
Objective To establish hospital infection prevention and control measures in operating room and to improve operating room management quality. Methods By finding out the reasons, standardize the management system and strengthen the training methods, implement preventive control measures. Results The operating room hospital infection management system was established, the operating room air disinfection and management were strengthened, and the surgical cleansing and disinfection methods were regulated. After monitoring, sterile instruments and disinfection indicators have reached the regulatory requirements. Conclusion Through intensive management measures, the hospital operating room infection management to a more scientific, standardized and institutionalized to improve the quality of sterile goods and the compliance rate of various disinfection indicators.
