建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中毒死蜱和噻嗪酮含量的方法。采用250mm×4.6mm(i.d.)Inertsil ODS–3柱分离,以甲醇+水为流动相,在230nm紫外检测波长下,经保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。结果表明,毒死蜱与噻嗪酮的线性相关系数分别为0.9994和0.9999;变异系数分别为0.35%和0.49%;平均回收率分别为99.42%和99.37%。
A method was established for the determination of chlorpyrifos and buprofezin in the mixture under the same chromatographic conditions. The column was separated on a 250 mm × 4.6 mm (i.d.) Inertsil ODS-3 column using methanol + water as the mobile phase at a UV detection wavelength of 230 nm. The retention time was qualitatively confirmed and the peak area was determined by external standard method. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of chlorpyrifos and buprofezin were 0.9994 and 0.9999 respectively; the coefficients of variation were 0.35% and 0.49% respectively; the average recoveries were 99.42% and 99.37% respectively.
