浙江省海宁市“硖石灯彩”经千百年的锤炼,发展至今,积累了丰厚的艺术内涵,形成了具有地方特色的艺术风格。国内外参展不断,屡次获奖,获得了业界的广泛好评,但要作为文化产业发展,至今没有形成气候,其原因是多方面的,主要的问题是作为文化创意产业的“硖石灯彩”缺乏各类型人才。由此,如何加快硖石灯彩文化创意产业人才培养进程,建立健全硖石灯彩文化创业产业人才培养机制是值得展开研究和探讨。
