目的观察心复康口服液对心肌梗死后心衰大鼠心功能及梗死周围心肌中葡萄糖转运因子1(GLUT-1)表达的影响。方法采用结扎SD大鼠左冠状动脉前降支复制心肌梗死后心衰大鼠模型,用心复康口服液于术后24 h灌胃给药至8周;以卡托普利作为阳性对照药。观察大鼠心功能、梗死周围心肌GLUT-1表达水平。结果与模型组比较,心复康口服液和卡托普利皆可使LVSP、±dp/dtmax、CO增高(P<0.05~0.01),LVEDP明显降低(P<0.01),且使梗死周围心肌中GLUT-1表达上调(P<0.05~0.01)。结论心复康口服液可改善心肌梗死后心衰大鼠心功能,并上调梗死周围心肌组织中GLUT-1表达。
Objective To observe the effect of Xinfukang oral liquid on cardiac function and the expression of glucose transporter-1 (GLUT-1) in the infarcted myocardium of rats after myocardial infarction. Methods Rats with left ventricular anterior descending coronary arteries were ligated to isolate the heart failure model of rats after myocardial infarction, and were treated with Xinfukang Oral Liquid for 24 hours after injection to 8 weeks. Captopril was used as a positive control drug. The heart function and the expression of GLUT-1 in the infarcted myocardium were observed. Results Compared with the model group, Xinfukang oral liquid and captopril all increased LVSP, ±dp/dtmax, CO (P<0.05~0.01), LVEDP significantly decreased (P<0.01), and made the infarcted myocardium The expression of GLUT-1 was up-regulated in medium (P<0.05-0.01). Conclusion Xinfukang oral liquid can improve the heart function of rats with heart failure after myocardial infarction, and up-regulate the expression of GLUT-1 in infarcted myocardium.
