以丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸十二酯、丙烯酸十六酯和丙烯酸十八酯为单体 ,用过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂 ,通过溶液聚合法 ,合成了 5种降粘剂。其中降粘剂丙烯酸十二酯—丙烯酸十六酯共聚物降粘效果最好。其添加量为 0 3%时 ,6 0℃下降粘率达 2 9 7% ;添加 0 9%时 ,6 0℃下的降粘率达 37 5 %。
Five kinds of viscosity reducer were synthesized by solution polymerization with isooctyl acrylate, dodecyl acrylate, hexadecyl acrylate and octadecyl acrylate as monomers with benzoyl peroxide as initiator. Among them, the viscosity reducer acrylic acid dodecyl ester-hexadecyl acrylate copolymer has the best viscosity-reducing effect. When the addition amount is 0 3%, the viscosity reduction rate at 60 ℃ reaches 297%. When 0 9% is added, the viscosity reduction rate at 600 ℃ reaches 37.5%.
