中小学教学管理中存在的问题,是阻碍中小学教学质量提升的关键问题,国内外各个层次的学校都可能面临着相同的问题。基于教学管理的重要性,探索如何提升中小学教学管理水平,并提出相应的策略,或许不具有普适性,但是对中小学教学管理普遍存在的一些问题还是有益的。分析了当前中小学教学管理中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的管理策略,希望能够有效改善中小学教学管理的现状,提升中小学教学管理工作的有效性。 The problems in primary and secondary teaching management are the key problems hindering the improvement of teaching quality in primary and secondary schools. Schools at all levels at home and abroad may all face the same problems. Based on the importance of teaching management and exploring how to improve the teaching management of primary and secondary schools, and put forward corresponding strategies may not be universal, but some of the problems of teaching management in primary and secondary schools is still beneficial. The existing problems in the current primary and secondary teaching management are analyzed. Based on this, the corresponding management strategies are put forward, hoping to effectively improve the status quo of the teaching management in primary and secondary schools and to improve the effectiveness of primary and secondary teaching management.
