基于节能技术产业间溢出的考虑来解析中国的能源强度下降现象。在分析了不同的节能技术产业间溢出途径如何形成一种产业间节能技术的内在关联机制,以及它如何对产业的节能降耗发挥协同影响效应的基础上,我们进一步通过Granger因果检验发现,工业5大部门的节能技术溢出活动都很活跃。对于纺织服装产业链上节能技术溢出水平的测评结果进一步表明,基于产品关联的前、后向技术溢出效应非常显著。上述结论有望为决策部门的政策制定,尤其是针对高能耗工业部门的结构调整政策提供实证依据。
Analyze China’s declining energy intensity based on spillover of energy-saving technologies. Based on the analysis of how the different energy-saving technology industry spillovers form an internal correlation mechanism of energy-saving technologies among industries and how it can exert a synergistic effect on energy-saving and consumption reduction of industries, we further find out through Granger causality test that industrial Most of the energy-saving technology spillovers are very active. The evaluation results of the level of spillover of energy-saving technologies in the textile and garment industry chain further show that the technology spillover effect based on product correlation is very significant. The above conclusion is expected to provide evidence for policy-making by decision-making departments, especially for structural adjustment policies in the high-energy-consuming industries.
