南京双桥门立交基坑工程量大,周围建筑密集、地质条件差,涉及宁芜铁路安全,基坑支护难度较大。结合工程难点,采用单排及双排钢筋混凝土排桩加锚杆组成的支护体系。理论计算后,确定支护桩、圈梁、锚杆等的布置形式和降排水方法。通过合理确定支护工艺流程和施工措施,监测的支护结构位移满足铁路营业线和南京规范要求,说明支护结构安全可靠,结构变形小。
