目的,探讨青霉素过敏实训的高效、快乐训练方法;方法,在长沙卫生职业学院护理专业2014级学生中用整群抽样法随机抽取1个班58人为实验组,另1个班58人为对照组。实验组采用创新实训教学方法,对照组采用传统实训教学方法,对两种实训方法从职业素养、流程要求、技能要求三个维度进行效果评价;结果,两组护生的实训效果差异有统计学上的意义,实验组考核效果明显优于对照组P<0.05;结论,创新实践教学方法方便护生掌握青霉素过敏实训技能,提升护生职业人文素养。
Objective To explore the efficient and happy training method of penicillin allergy training.Methods We randomly selected 1 class of 58 students as experiment group and another class of 58 as control group in the 2014 class of nursing students in Changsha Health Vocational College . The experimental group adopted the innovative training teaching method, the control group adopted the traditional training teaching method, and evaluated the effectiveness of the two training methods from the three dimensions of professional accomplishment, process requirements and skills requirements; Results, the training effect of the two groups of nursing students The difference was statistically significant, the experimental group appraisal effect was significantly better than the control group P <0.05; Conclusion, innovative practice teaching methods to facilitate nursing students master penicillin allergy training skills and improve occupational humanistic quality of nursing students.
