应用微机技术、变频技术与电机泵组相结合 ,根据供水管网的用水情况 ,调整水泵投入台数及转速 ,实行全自动恒压 (变压 )变量供水 ,达到高效节能的目的。本文介绍一个由一台变频器带动多泵的恒压供水系统 ,它采用PLC实现PID调节和对系统实施控制 ,取代了高位水塔和直接水泵加压供水方式。现场运行表明 ,系统运行可靠 ,稳定性好 ,取得了明显节电效果。
Application of computer technology, inverter technology and motor pump combination, according to water supply network conditions, adjust the number of pumps and speed, the implementation of automatic constant pressure (variable pressure) variable water supply, to achieve energy-efficient purpose. This article introduces a drive driven by a multi-pump constant pressure water supply system, which uses PLC to achieve PID control and system implementation control, replacing the high water tower and direct water pump pressurized water supply. Field operation shows that the system is reliable, good stability, and achieved significant energy-saving effect.
