目的研究17-β雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)对宫颈癌Hela细胞体外生长的影响。方法采用MTT法检测不同浓度的E2、P和E2+P作用24h、48h、72h后对Hela细胞的影响。结果24h、48h和72hE2浓度为10-5mol/L时刺激Hela细胞增殖;24hP浓度为10-6~10-5mol/L时,以及48h和72hP浓度为10-7~10-5mol/L时出现抑制作用;24hE2+P浓度为105mol/L时,以及48h和72hE2+P浓度为10-7~10-5mol/L时均抑制细胞增殖。结论E2促进Hela细胞增殖,P则是抑制作用,E2+P联合也出现抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of 17-β estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) on the growth of cervical cancer Hela cells in vitro. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the effect of different concentrations of E2, P and E2 + P on Hela cells after 24h, 48h, 72h. Results Proliferation of Hela cells was stimulated by 10-5mol / L 24h, 48h and 72hE2, and appeared at 10-6-10-5mol / L at 24hP and 10-7-10-5mol / L at 48h and 72hP Inhibition; 24hE2 + P concentration of 105mol / L, and 48h and 72hE2 + P concentration of 10-7 ~ 10-5mol / L were inhibited cell proliferation. Conclusion E2 can promote the proliferation of Hela cells, P is the inhibitory effect, E2 + P combination also appears inhibitory effect.
