本文介绍了国内外超速试验工艺的简况,以及有关增压器制造厂的超速试验规范。论述了自行设计研制的高转速超速试验台的设计特点,结构及测量系统,并与西德申克公司的产品进行了比较。文中介绍了在本试验台上完成的三个压气机叶轮的超速破坏试验(转速为90700~109100转/分),并对试验结果进行了分析,文中根据叶轮强度计算与破坏实际,对超速破坏转速的预估进行了比较,并对超速破坏试验在生产中的应用进行了介绍。
This paper presents the brief introduction of speeding test technology at home and abroad, as well as the speeding test specification of supercharger manufacturer. The design features, structure and measurement system of the high speed overspeed test bed designed and developed by ourselves are discussed. The products are compared with the products of the West Deshenko Company. In this paper, the speeding failure test of three compressor impellers (speed of 90700 ~ 109100 rev / min) completed on this test bench is introduced. The test results are analyzed. According to the calculation and destruction of the impeller strength, Speed of the forecast were compared, and overspeed destruction test in the application of production are introduced.
