为实现电煤供应链微观层面的绿色化,基于平衡计分法构建了电煤供应链的协调评价指标体系,并针对以往评价方法可能出现的评价结果不一致问题,提出了改进集成评价模型。通过对6家煤业集团的电煤供应链的实证分析,发现绩优的电煤供应链在业务流程和绿色环保这两方面的优势是其绩优的主要原因,最后提出我国电煤供应链绩效改进的措施。
