对30例小儿在体外循环下心脏手术后观察三种不同速度经升主动脉注射鱼精蛋白对血压、心率、中心静脉压(CVP)、呼气末二氧化碳分压(P_(ET)CO_2)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO_2)及气道压力的影响.结果显示,以<2min(>2.2m8·kg~(-1)·min~(-1))注射时可使血压下降和心率减慢,但无显著意义(P>0.05),而CVP和气道压力显著升高及P_(ET)CO_2显著下降,具有显著意义(P<0.05或<0.01);以≥2 min(<2.2mg·kg~(-1)·min~(-1))的速度注射时,上述指标除气道压力外变化均不明显(P>0.05).结果提示,小儿体外循环后经升主动脉注射鱼精蛋白的速度应≥2min或<2.2mg·k~(-1)·min~(-1).
Blood pressure, heart rate, central venous pressure (CVP), end-tidal carbon dioxide pressure (P_ (ET) CO_2) were measured in 30 infants under cardiopulmonary bypass with cardiopulmonary bypass. Pulse oxygen saturation (SpO_2) and airway pressure.The results showed that the decrease of blood pressure and heart rate could be slowed down by <2min (> 2.2m8 · kg -1 min -1) injection , But no significant difference (P> 0.05), while CVP and airway pressure were significantly increased and P_ (ET) CO_2 was significantly decreased (P <0.05 or <0.01) (-1) · min ~ (-1)), there were no significant changes in the indexes except airway pressure (P> 0.05) .The results suggest that proton injection of protamine through the ascending aorta after cardiopulmonary bypass Should be ≥2min or <2.2mg · k -1 min -1.
