企业社会责任管理绩效评价,是企业社会责任工作的中心环节,直接关系到责任绩效的改善和优化。应该说,这些年我国企业在企业社会责任管理绩效评价上积累了一定的经验;但是从总体上说,我国企业对此系统了解的并不多、更不深刻。因此,对企业社会责任管理绩效评价的国外社会评价、国内社会评价以及企业自我评价方法做一个深入探讨就显得十分重要而必要。
The performance evaluation of CSR management is the key link of CSR work, which is directly related to the improvement and optimization of responsibility performance. It should be said that our country’s enterprises have accumulated a certain amount of experience in the performance evaluation of corporate social responsibility management in these years. However, on the whole, Chinese enterprises do not have much or even profound understanding of this system. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to conduct an in-depth discussion on the overseas social evaluation, domestic social evaluation and the self-evaluation method of corporate social responsibility management performance evaluation.
