随着我国经济不断地发展,高层建筑的也随之不断涌现,框剪结构被作为建筑物骨架应用。在工程监督中,发现框剪结构钢筋绑扎施工中不同程度地存在一些通病。我们都知道框剪结构建筑之所以能使多层、高层建筑物的抵抗水平力的能力和侧向刚度大大增强,提高其抗震能力、坚固性和使用寿命,很大程度是依靠钢筋混凝土中的钢筋起作用。梁、板柱的整体结构的一体性,钢筋相互穿过,加之与梁、板、柱接触的砌体内甩出的拉结钢筋与其有效地拉结锚固,提高了建筑物承受较大的塑性变形能力。因此钢筋施工的质量对框剪结构的影响是非常之大的。
