磁流变阻尼器(MRD)是一种以磁流变液作为工作介质的智能型阻尼器,已在汽车悬架、建筑工程、桥梁工程等行业的减振抗震工程中得到广泛应用.MRD一般与传感器配合使用,广泛应用在半主动控制系统中.目前采用MRD的控制系统中配备的外置式传感器容易失效,因而对集成自传感功能的MRD研究日益兴起,同时对自供能、安全失效保护等功能集成型MRD研究也非常重视.本文围绕功能集成型MRD,包括自传感、自供能等集成功能的MRD工作原理及结构进行了详细阐述,最后介绍了研究小组研制的差动位移自传感阻尼器和能量回收型阻尼器这两种功能集成型MRD.相关分析和结论可对MRD的结构设计及相关功能的集成提供一定参考.
