本文对机床主轴动态测试中的信号消偏方法进行探讨,分析了现在通用的模拟滤波和数字滤波法各自存在的缺点,提出了能结合二者优点的基波抵消法,在对消偏波形各参数进行误差分析的基础上,给出了可行的实现方案。
In this paper, the method of signal depolarization in the dynamic test of machine tool spindle is discussed. The disadvantages of the common analog filter and digital filter are analyzed. The fundamental cancellation method which combines the advantages of the two methods is proposed. Based on the error analysis of parameters, a feasible scheme is given.
