目的 研究胰腺癌中TGFa的表达及其与癌细胞DNA倍型的关系.方法 分别采用TGFa单抗免疫染色及Feulgen染色法对67例胰腺导管腺癌和16例正常胰腺进行染色,并分析TGFa表达与癌细胞DNA倍型的关系.结果 胰腺癌组织TGFa染色阳性率为41.8%,正常胰腺组织中未见阳性染色.TGFa阳性胰腺癌癌细胞异倍体率为89.3%,明显高于阴性组.结论TGFa表达与胰腺癌发生及癌细胞核增殖活性有关.
Objective To study the expression of TGFa in pancreatic carcinoma and its relationship with the DNA multiple of cancer cells.Methods 67 cases of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and 16 cases of normal pancreas were stained with TGFa monoclonal antibody and Feulgen staining respectively and the expression of TGFa And the relationship between the DNA lenght of cancer cells.Results The positive rate of TGFa in pancreatic cancer tissues was 41.8% and no positive staining was found in normal pancreatic tissues.The aneuploidy rate of TGFa positive pancreatic cancer cells was 89.3%, which was significantly higher than that in negative group. Conclusion The expression of TGFa is related to the occurrence of pancreatic cancer and the proliferation activity of cancer cells.
