本文报告试用灭滴灵片刺治疗5例局限性肠炎,男2例,女3例,4例为青年人,病程4个月～12年。灭滴灵开始剂量为600～1,800毫克/天(1例最大剂量为40毫克/公斤体重/天)。有效病例于1～4周内病情开始好转,表现为腹痛减轻,随后大便次数减少,硬度正常,体重增加,并能耐受普通饮食,血红蛋白和血浆类粘蛋白(Orosomucoid)恢复正常。 This article reports the trial metronidazole barbed treatment of 5 cases of localized enteritis, 2 males and 3 females, 4 cases of young people, duration of 4 months to 12 years. The starting dose of metronidazole is 600 to 1,800 mg / day (1 maximum dose is 40 mg / kg body weight / day). Effective cases improved in 1 to 4 weeks and showed reduced abdominal pain followed by reduced stool frequency, normal stiffness, weight gain, and tolerance to the general diet, with hemoglobin and plasma opsomncoid returning to normal.
