茶叶中游离氨基酸的量与茶叶品质直接相关,其检测的结果准确与否显得尤为重要。目前茶叶游离氨基酸总量的检测采用国家标准GB/T8314法,其方法存在一些疑问,本文就该方法的部分疑问作了初浅的分析和探讨。
The amount of free amino acids in tea is directly related to tea quality, and the accuracy of the test results is particularly important. At present, the total amount of free amino acids in tea is detected by the national standard GB / T8314 method, and there are some questions about the method. In this paper, some preliminary questions about the method are analyzed and discussed.
