孤岛油田开发进入后期,难采储量不断动用,随着高凝、高含蜡及稠油油藏的开发,低产液量,低含水,低出油温度油井越来越多,这部分油井面临井筒与地面集输管线温降大、结蜡严重的问题,造成光杆缓下,油井回压高,导致油井抽油杆断脱、传动毛辫子断脱频次增加,地面集输困难,管理难度加大,生产成本不断上升。由于掺水计量装置不完备,靠掺水保证地面正常集输存在水量控制难,浪费严重的问题。掺水流量恒量控制装置的研制和应用,较好地解决了难动用储量在开采过程中出现的种种问题。
