目的 :探讨糖尿病患者血小板体积、压积、分布宽度和计数的变化与微血管病变的关系。方法 :采用AbbottCD -1 60 0全自动血液分析仪分别对 78例糖尿病患者和 75例健康者MPV、PCT、PDW、PLT均进行测定 ;UAER测定是用磺基水扬酸法 ;FPG测定采用葡萄糖氧化酶法。结果 :糖尿病患者MPV、PCT、PDW、PLT明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,有微血管病变者更为明显。MPV与FPC呈正相关 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :MPV增高与微血管病变密切相关 ,糖代谢紊乱是其主要原因。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of platelet volume, pressure area, distribution width and count in diabetic patients and microvascular diseases. Methods: The MPV, PCT, PDW and PLT were measured in 78 diabetics and 75 healthy controls by AbbottCD-60 0 automated hematology analyzer. The sulfonyl salicylate assay was used in the UAER assay, Oxidase method. Results: MPV, PCT, PDW and PLT in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01), and those with microvascular disease were more obvious. There was a positive correlation between MPV and FPC (P <0.05). Conclusion: The increase of MPV is closely related to the microangiopathy. The disorder of glucose metabolism is the main reason.
