目的:调查了解某部官兵远洋护航期间皮肤病发病情况。方法:选择某部官兵240例,护航前均进行严格健康体检,未发现任何皮肤病。依据相关舰员常见疾病诊治标准,对护航期间官兵皮肤病发病及病种进行统计分析。结果:官兵皮肤病发病率33.3%(80/240)。其中,真菌性皮肤病59例,占73.8%;湿疹8例,占10.0%;疖痈7例,占8.8%;接触性皮炎4例,占5.0%;疣2例,占2.5%。真菌性皮肤病59例中,足癣48例,占81.3%;股癣6例,占10.2%;手癣4例,占6.8%;体癣1例,占1.7%。结论:远洋护航期间官兵皮肤病发病率较高,且以真菌性皮肤病较为多见,应加强皮肤病相关知识宣教,及早进行预防和治疗。
Objective: To investigate and understand the incidence of skin diseases during the escort of a certain officer and soldier. Methods: Select a ministries and soldiers in 240 cases, escort before the strict health examination, did not find any skin diseases. Based on the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases related to the standard crew, during the escort of officers and men of the incidence of dermatological diseases and statistical analysis. Results: The incidence of dermatosis was 33.3% (80/240). Among them, 59 cases of fungal skin disease, accounting for 73.8%; eczema in 8 cases, accounting for 10.0%; 疖 痈 7 cases, accounting for 8.8%; contact dermatitis in 4 cases, accounting for 5.0%; warts in 2 cases, accounting for 2.5%. Fungal dermatosis in 59 cases, athlete’s foot in 48 cases, accounting for 81.3%; jock itch in 6 cases, accounting for 10.2%; ringworm in 4 cases, accounting for 6.8%; 1 case of body ringworm, accounting for 1.7%. Conclusion: The incidence rate of dermatosis of officers and soldiers during the farewell escort is relatively high, and fungal dermatosis is more common. The knowledge of dermatosis should be strengthened to prevent and treat as soon as possible.
