本文以港珠澳大桥钢箱梁生产供应过程为研究对象,建立了钢箱梁生产的提前/拖期优化调度模型,并且针对模型的特点提出了一种基于启发式规则的改进遗传算法,在最优开工时间的基础上加入了拖期工件的剔除规则,有效地解决了工序不确定情况下的提前/拖期优化调度问题,并与无剔除规则的遗传算法进行比较,发现改进的方法在最优成本和收敛速度方面都有较大的改善.
In this paper, the production and supply process of steel box girder for Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is taken as the research object, an optimal / advanced scheduling model for steel box girder production is established, and an improved genetic algorithm based on heuristic rules is proposed according to the characteristics of the model. Based on the optimal start time, we add the rules of removing the tardiness artifacts, which can effectively solve the advanced / tow optimization scheduling problem under the uncertainty of the process. Compared with the genetic algorithm without reject rule, we find that the improved method is based on The optimal cost and convergence rate have been greatly improved.
