目的探讨黄芩提取液对牙釉质抗酸性的影响。方法取制备好40枚阻生牙釉质标本,随机分为五组,每组8枚。分别为4 mg/ml黄芩提取液组;2 mg/ml黄芩提取液组;2%氟化钠组;1mg/ml黄芩提取液组;去离子水组。五组标本分别用1、2、4 mg/ml黄芩提取液、2%氟化钠、去离子水每日处理3次,每次处理时间为4 min,然后再将其放置在37℃的人工唾液中保存,人工唾液的更换频率为每24小时换1次。处理7 d后,对标本进行冲洗干燥,然后再在10 ml的脱矿液中浸泡,取出进行扫描电镜检测。结果扫描电镜观察五组釉质表面均有不同程度的溶解,经三组黄芩提取液处理的釉质表面和去离子水组比较,表现出较明显的轻微程度的溶解。结论三组黄芩提取液均具有抑制釉质脱矿作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Scutellariae Radix extract on acid resistance of enamel. Methods Prepared 40 enamel enamel specimens were randomly divided into five groups of 8. Respectively 4 mg / ml Scutellaria extract group; 2 mg / ml Scutellaria extract group; 2% sodium fluoride group; 1mg / ml Scutellaria extract group; deionized water group. Five groups of specimens were treated with 1, 2, 4 mg / ml Scutellariae Radix extract, 2% sodium fluoride, deionized water three times a day, each treatment time was 4 min, and then placed in 37 ℃ artificial Saliva preservation, artificial saliva replacement frequency for every 24 hours for 1 time. After 7 days of treatment, the specimens were rinsed and dried, then soaked in 10 ml of demineralized solution and removed for scanning electron microscopy. Results Scanning electron microscopy showed that the enamel surface of the five groups had different degrees of dissolution. Compared with the deionized water group, the enamel surface treated with three groups of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi showed more obvious and slight dissolution. Conclusion Scutellariae Radix extract can inhibit the demineralization of enamel.
