A new method of fractionating cryogenic treatment of eardrum-to-bony transplanted material was developed based on the biological laws of hypothermia and the biological characteristics of middle ear. That is, 50 male rats were removed from both sides of the temporal bone, ribs, isolated from the tympanic membrane - the ossicular system, costal cartilage and ribs.
