高职院校烹饪专业人才培养模式探析

随着近年来我国高职院校的发展,高职院校人才培养模式也慢慢在发生改变。烹饪专业作为一个新兴的学科专业,专业人才的培养对于专业学科的建设具有重要的意义。本文从高职院校烹饪专业人才培养模式入手,分析了我国高职院校烹饪专业人才培养模式中存在的问题,并提出了相应的改革对策。 With the development of our country’s higher vocational colleges in recent years, the mode of personnel training in higher vocational colleges is slowly changing. As a new specialty of cooking, the cultivation of professional talents is of great significance to the construction of specialized disciplines. This article starts with the training mode of culinary professionals in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation mode of culinary professionals in higher vocational colleges in our country, and puts forward corresponding reform measures.
