我完全同意并拥护邵式平省长、黄先副省长、李杰庸副省长、邓克明司令员、邓洪主任和梁达山副主任等所作的各项报告。保证完成五年计划中所规定给我们的任务,并建议大会审查通过。我省第一个五年计划中对发展卫生事业的规定是正确的,交给我们的具体任务是光荣而艰巨的,在中国共产党和毛主席的正确领导下,省委、省人民委员会的直接领导下,我们有信心、有决心,保证完成卫生事业的、指标,使卫生工作能有效地为国防建设和经济建设服务,现在我就卫生工作方面的主要情况和今后努力的方向发表一些意见。
I fully agree and support the reports made by Governor Shao Pingping, Vice Governor Huang Xian, Vice Governor Li Jieyong, Commander Tang Keming, Deng Hong, and Liang Shanshan, Deputy Director. Ensure the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to us under the five-year plan, and recommend to the General Assembly for examination and approval. The first five-year plan of our province is correct for the development of health undertakings. The specific tasks entrusted to us are honorable and arduous. Under the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China and Chairman Mao, the direct leadership of the provincial party committees and provincial people’s committees Under our leadership, we are confident and determined to ensure that we can complete the targets of health undertakings so that health work can effectively serve the national defense and economic construction. Now I will make some comments on the major aspects of health work and on the direction of future efforts.
