高炉TRT静叶控制对于TRT系统的安全、高效运行及高炉顶压调节起至关重要的作用。针对TRT静叶控制程序存在的缺陷,结合ZSA伺服控制器的工作原理,对控制程序进行优化,实现了静叶控制的无扰动切换及静叶反馈断线保护。
Blast furnace TRT stator vane control plays a crucial role in the safe, efficient operation of the TRT system and in the regulation of blast pressure. In view of the flaws of the TRT stator control program and the working principle of the ZSA servo controller, the control program is optimized and the disturbance-free switching of the stator control and the feedback protection of stator blades are realized.
