1934年,英国、法国、意大利和西班牙的信用保险机构发起,成立了伯尔尼协会(THE BERNE U-NION),全称“国际信用和投资保险人协会”,常设机构设于英国的伦敦。 经过半个多世纪的发展,该协会已拥有40多个会员,遍布在全世界30多个国家和地区,几乎所有的西方发达国家都是该协会的会员,此外还有一些有影响的发展中国家。目前该协会的会员所承保的出口量约占全世界出口量的15％。 In 1934, the British, French, Italian and Spanish credit insurance agencies initiated the establishment of the Berne Union (THE BERNE U-NION), the full name of “International Association of Credit and Investment Insurers” and the permanent establishment is based in London, England. After more than half a century of development, the association already has more than 40 members, spread over more than 30 countries and regions in the world. Almost all the western developed countries are members of the association. In addition, there are some influential developing country. At present, the membership of the Association of insured exports account for about 15% of the world’s exports.
