高校食堂在加工制作饭菜过程中普遍使用蒸汽作为热源,蒸汽经过用热设备释放潜热后必然产生大量的高温饱和冷凝水。长期以来,人们普遍重视热源的产生及输送环节——也就是锅炉系统及蒸汽输送管网的技术改造,往往忽略了冷凝水回收的重要性及其潜在价值,有些高校选择延续以往的开式回收方式,而有些高校则干脆直接排掉,这样不仅浪费了大量的热能及软化水,同时也造成了“热岛效应”等环境问题。本文对学校食堂现有的蒸汽锅炉运行特点及其冷凝热回收的必要性进行了分析,主要根据高校食堂就餐时间比较集中,所以蒸汽锅炉只需间歇运行即可,废热排放量变化规律明显,便于收集,且高校校园人口密集,锅炉供热系统比较独立,宿舍、教学楼较集中,食堂废热排放量大,所以有必要对高校食堂的冷凝热进行回收,减少能源浪费。本文在分析高校食堂现有蒸汽锅炉运行的特点及其现有开式冷凝热回收技术缺陷的基础上,提出了高校食堂蒸汽锅炉冷凝热回收的可行性方案——密闭式蒸汽冷凝水热回收技术。

This paper analyzes the operation characteristics of the existing steam boiler in schools canteen and the necessity of recovery of its condensing heat. According to the concentration time of mealtime in the canteen of colleges and universities, the steam boiler can only operate intermittently. The variation of waste heat and heat emission is obvious, It is necessary to reclaim the heat of condensation in the canteen of colleges and universities to reduce energy waste. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of existing steam boilers in the canteen of colleges and universities and the defects of the existing open condensing heat recovery technology, this paper puts forward the feasible scheme of condensing heat recovery in the canteen steam boilers in universities - the closed heat recovery technology of steam condensate .
