随着我国农电体制改革的深入推进,县级供电企业在管理模式上正逐步实现由“代管”模式向“直管”模式的转变。文章分析了县级供电企业在“代管”模式下存在的财务管理缺陷,提出实施市县财务“一体化”管理提升县级供电企业财务管理水平的具体措施,并就实践工作中应注意的问题进行了探讨。
With the deepening of the reform of rural power system in our country, the county-level power supply enterprises are gradually realizing the transformation from “management mode ” to “management mode ” in the management mode. This paper analyzes the deficiencies in the financial management of county-level power supply enterprises under the mode of “escrow” and puts forward the concrete measures to implement the “integration” management of city and county finance to improve the financial management level of county-level power supply enterprises. Should pay attention to the problems were discussed.
