我们于1983年用了8个月的时间,对吉林省卫生系统5年间(1978~1982)的职工教育工作进行了一次较为全面的评价。这次评价工作按照统计学的要求,选用了74个统一的参数,调研了70,094人份(占全省卫生人员总数的72.3%)材料,处理了13,360个数据,基本上概括了全省卫生系统职工教育的效果。现将这次评价的结果报告如下: 一般资料一、培训前卫生技术队伍概况 1978年末统计,全省卫生系统拥有职工97,692人,其中卫生技术人员73,624人,行管人员11,802
We spent 8 months in 1983 and conducted a more comprehensive evaluation of the staff education work of the Jilin Provincial Health System during the five years (1978-1982).
