随着国际航空的发展和国际交往的频繁,传染病患者在潜伏期内入境者逐渐增多。也有已发病的入境者。在日本已发现霍乱、疟疾、伤寒、菌痢等外来传染病有增加的情况。不少传染病的国际间传播已引起各国的重视并采取必要的防疫措施。
With the development of international aviation and the frequent international exchanges, the number of those with infectious diseases gradually increases during the incubation period. There are also those who have entered the country. In Japan, there have been reports of an increase in external infectious diseases such as cholera, malaria, typhoid fever and bacillary dysentery. The international spread of many infectious diseases has drawn the attention of all countries and taken necessary precautionary measures.
