人事管理在单位的发展过程中起着重要的作用。本文将通过对行政事业单位人事管理方面人事劳资、单位职工的职称评定、工资调整、福利发放、劳动保护以及其他的职工教育、培训、保险缴纳方面的问题进行探讨,寻求进一步加强行政事业单位人事管理工作的方法,并结合我国2011年“十二五”规划中针对事业单位人事管理进行简单总结。意在为行政事业单位建立创新型的人事管理制度提供一些建议。
Personnel management plays an important role in the development of the unit. In this paper, we will explore ways to further strengthen personnel and administration of personnel in the administrative institutions by reviewing the labor and capital management of personnel in the administrative units, the assessment of the titles of staff and workers, the adjustment of wages, the payment of benefits, labor protection, other employee education, training and insurance payment. Management methods, combined with China’s 2011 “Twelve-Five ” planning for the personnel management of institutions a brief summary. It is intended to provide some suggestions for the establishment of an innovative personnel management system in administrative institutions.
