目的观察芹灵颗粒对大鼠慢性肝损伤的治疗作用。方法用CCl4复制慢性肝损伤动物模型(40%浓度,首剂按体重5ml.kg-1,以后按体重3ml.kg-1),3d一次,共42d。ig给药42d,芹灵颗粒3个剂量分别为2、51、0g.kg-1。42d后,取大鼠血和肝脏,测定血清肝功(ALT、AST、ALP、TPR、ALB)及光镜下观察肝脏组织学。结果慢性肝损伤模型组动物:(1)血清TPR、ALB明显降低;(2)ALP、ALT及AST明显升高;(3)病理组织学:肝组织变性坏死显著,肝纤维化明显。芹灵颗粒中、大治疗组可明显改善上述慢性肝损伤诱发的肝功能及组织学变化。结论芹灵颗粒有明显的抗慢性肝损伤及肝纤维化作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qinling Granules on chronic liver injury in rats. Methods The animal models of chronic hepatic injury were duplicated with CCl4 (40% concentration, first dose by body weight 5ml.kg-1, later by body weight 3ml.kg-1), 3d once for 42 days. After 42 days of ig administration, the three doses of celestine granules were 2, 51, and 0 g.kg-1. After 42 days, the rats blood and liver were taken to determine the serum liver function (ALT, AST, ALP, TPR, ALB) and light Microscopic observation of liver histology. Results Chronic liver injury model group animals: (1) serum TPR, ALB significantly reduced; (2) ALP, ALT and AST significantly increased; (3) histopathology: liver degeneration and necrosis was significant, liver fibrosis. The medium and large treatment groups of Qinling Granula can significantly improve liver function and histological changes induced by chronic liver injury. Conclusion Qilin granule has obvious anti-chronic liver injury and hepatic fibrosis.
