基于机车运用成本优化的多机型机车周转图编制模型和算法

机车周转图是铁路运输计划的重要组成部分,高质量的机车周转图能够有效提高机车运用效率,降低铁路运营成本。本文主要研究多机型条件下的机车周转图编制问题,以机车运用成本为优化目标,建立机车折返站的三维指派数学模型。在求解多机型机车周转图编制问题时,采用按单一机型编制和基于机型分配的机车接续调整的两阶段方法进行编制,设计了以固定运用机车台数条件下的机车周转图编制算法和机车接续互换的启发式算法,以实现机车折返时间与机型分配的综合优化,降低机车运用成本。采用实际运营数据的机车周转图编制数据实验结果验证了算法的有效性。 Locomotive turnover diagram is an important part of the railway transportation plan. The high-quality locomotive turnover map can effectively improve the locomotive utilization efficiency and reduce the railway operation cost. This paper mainly studies how to compile the locomotive turnaround diagram under the condition of multi-machine. The locomotive operation cost is taken as the optimization objective to establish the three-dimensional assigned mathematical model of locomotive turnaround station. When solving the problem of preparation of multi-locomotive locomotive chart, a two-stage method based on single-machine model and locomotive-based locomotive adjustment was adopted. The design method of locomotive locomotive chart based on fixed number of locomotives and Locomotive interchangeable heuristic algorithm to achieve locomotive turnaround time and model allocation of integrated optimization, reduce locomotive cost. The experimental data of locomotive turnaround diagram using actual operating data verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
