目的:探讨P-gp、GST-π、TopoⅡ在食管癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法研究了P-gp、GST-π、TopoⅡ在食管癌组织中的表达情况。结果:P-gp、GST-π在食管癌组织中的表达升高,表达率分别为58.02%和72.84%,P-gp 的高表达与淋巴结转移、癌肿浸润深度有关P<0.05。GST-π的高表达与细胞分化程度有关P<0.05。TopoⅡ在食管癌组织中的表达降低,表达率为61.73%,TopoⅡ的表达降低与临床病理参数无关P>0.05。结论:食管癌组织中存在着P-gp、GST-π、TopoⅡ表达水平的变化,临床检测P-gp、GST-π、TopoⅡ对食管癌化疗方案的制定、判断预后有重要的指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of P-gp, GST-π and Topo II in esophageal cancer. Methods: The expression of P-gp, GST-π and Topo II in esophageal cancer tissues was studied by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of P-gp and GST-π increased in esophageal cancer tissues, the expression rates were 58.02% and 72.84%, respectively. The high expression of P-gp was related to lymph node metastasis and the depth of cancer invasion. <0.05. The high expression of GST-π was related to the degree of cell differentiation (P<0.05). The expression of TopoII in esophageal cancer tissue was decreased, and the expression rate was 61.73%. The decrease of TopoII expression was not associated with clinical pathological parameters (P>0.05). Conclusion: The expression of P-gp, GST-π, and Topo II in esophageal cancer tissues is changed. P-gp, GST-π, and Topo II have clinical significance in the development of esophageal cancer chemotherapy and prognosis.
