非高炉炼铁技术是世界冶金发展的重大课题之一,这对炼铁的节能减排,实现生产过程环境友好,降低炼铁对主焦煤的依赖,保护煤炭资源有着重大的意义。我国不具备直接还原铁所需的一些条件,直接还原铁产量占全国铁产量的0.1%左右,总体发展不大。但是近十年来,世界直接还原铁产量一直维持在小幅度增长。见表1。从表1看出,近年来世界直接还原铁占世界铁总产量的比例在7%以下,变化不大。我国直接还原铁
Non-blast furnace ironmaking technology is one of the major issues in the development of metallurgy in the world. It is of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction in ironmaking, environmentally friendly production process, reduction of ironmaking dependence on main coking coal and protection of coal resources. China does not have some of the conditions required for direct reduction of iron, direct reduction of iron production accounts for about 0.1% of the national iron production, the overall development is not large. However, in the past decade, the world’s direct reduced iron production has been maintained at a small increase. See Table 1. As can be seen from Table 1, in recent years, the proportion of world direct-reduced iron in the world’s total iron output has been below 7%, with little change. China’s direct reduction of iron
