近年来,我们应用中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡50例,取得了较好的疗效,现总结如下.[临床资料]共收治消化性溃疡50例,其中胃溃疡20例,十二指肠球部溃疡28例,复合溃疡2例.年龄最小的18岁,最大的65岁.病程最短的5个月,最长的15年,多为反复发作,以冬春季节为甚.临床症状及体征:上腹部疼痛不适、泛酸、嗳气、食欲不振、腹胀等症状,上腹部压痛,均经胃肠造影和纤维胃镜检查诊断为消化性溃疡,其中5例有出血病史.[治疗方法]①中药组 以黄芪建中汤加味治疗:黄芪、当归、桂枝、白芍、饴糖、炙草、干姜、大枣、公英.疼痛者加元胡、川楝子(金铃子散),冷痛者加香附、高良姜(良附丸),腹胀者加川朴、枳实、广木香,泛酸者加海螵蛸、瓦楞子、白芨,舌质有瘀点瘀斑者加五灵脂、蒲黄(失笑散),纳差者加莱菔子、槟榔、焦三仙,有出血者加大黄、白芨、三七参.每日一剂,水煎服,二周为一个疗程,服药期间注意休息,要调整饮食,禁止冷油腻过热、烟酒辛辣等厚味之品.②西药组均以雷尼替了150mg每日二次空服:庆大毒素8万~u,每日二次空服,腹胀者加胃复安或吗叮琳,二周为一个疗程.
