G3BP1蛋白作为应激颗粒(Stress granules,SGs)的核心蛋白在SGs组装过程中发挥重要作用。G3BP1蛋白的全称是Ras-GTPase激活蛋白SH3结构域结合蛋白1,因其与RasGAP的SH3结构域结合而得名。有些病毒利用自身3C蛋白酶或类3C蛋白酶剪切G3BP1从而降解SGs。例如,小RNA病毒科病毒在325位谷氨酰胺(Q325)或285位谷氨酸(E285)剪切G3BP1;杯状病毒科病毒在405位谷氨酸(E405)剪切G3BP1。虽然猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)编码类3C蛋白酶,但PE
