故障诊断理论是一门新兴的学科,它是信息革命的产物。它是从机械、电子和电气的技术测量中直接发展起来的。故障诊断是用一定的精度来确定诊断对象的技术状态的过程,从本质上说应是故障信息的识别理论。诊断理论就是识别理论这一思想是屈梁生教授提出的,杨叔子教授曾多次予以阐述和发展。这一思想的提出,为故障诊断形成一门独立的理论指出了方向。本文认为这一思想还需进一步发展,把故障诊断理论完全建立在现代信息理论的基础上,使信息论的基本概念和理论成果为故障诊断所用。目前,对故障信息的基本理论尚待研究,本文试作这方面的初步探讨。
Fault diagnosis theory is a new discipline, it is a product of the information revolution. It is directly developed from the mechanical, electrical and electrical technical measurements. Fault diagnosis is the process of determining the technical state of a diagnostic object with a certain degree of accuracy and should essentially be the identification theory of fault information. Diagnostic theory is the idea of recognition theory is proposed by Professor Qu Liangsheng, Professor Yang Shuzi has repeatedly elaborated and developed. The idea put forward pointed out the direction of forming an independent theory for fault diagnosis. This paper argues that this idea still needs to be further developed. The theory of fault diagnosis is completely based on the modern information theory, so that the basic concepts and theoretical results of information theory are used for fault diagnosis. At present, the basic theory of fault information remains to be studied, this paper attempts to make a preliminary discussion in this respect.
